UPDATE: Some users are reporting that their profiles are not showing up in Photoshop. The fix is a catalog setting (Thank you to commentor Bernd Mayer for this tip!)

To fix this, open your Lightroom preferences.

On Mac it’s Lightroom > Preferences

On Windows it’s Edit > Preferences

Got to the Presets pane and uncheck the “Store Presets With This Catalog” option. Shut down Lightroom and relaunch, and this should fix the problem.

Uncheck this box, then relaunch Lightroom and your profiles should show up properly.

Adobe just released a HUGE update to Camera RAW for Lightroom and Photoshop, which includes the ability to make CUSTOM Creative RAW profiles, and in this video I show you how to make your own creative RAW profiles that you can use in Lightroom and Photoshop!

Lightroom is a powerful photography tool, but the problem with powerful tools is they’re often complicated and intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

If you want to learn how to use Lightroom to quickly and efficiently manage and edit your photos so that they look as amazing as you envision them, check out my Mastering Lightroom Video Course.
